Step 4 - Suppliers Directory
Once you have completed all tests, you are entitled to have your software (or bureau service) listed in the Software Suppliers Directory.
The Directory is available on this site either to browse or to download in the form of a PDF document. The PDF document is also regularly distributed to Royal Mail Business Centres where it is made available to new bulk mail customers. However, Royal Mail makes no specific recommendations to customers regarding selection of sortation software or bureau services.

Although the questionnaire invites you to indicate which sorting options your software / service supports, only those options for which you have successfully completed tests will be included in your Directory entry.
