Update: Mailmark Reporting

Royal Mail upgraded its Mailmark data warehouse systems and software on 10 December 2020. With the upgrade, we introduced new Mailmark reporting functionality which enables customers to access simpler daily PDF content, and the Mailmark Direct Data transfer service which provides item level data. Please see the customer presentations below for further detail.

We have set up this page which we recommend you consult from time to time for updates on any changes to the new reporting functionality.

From 20th March 2022, Mailmark Direct Data Detail files will contain Predicted Delivery information.
