Step 3c - Submission of Results - Sorted Test Addresses
The following table indicates all the fields and the order in which you MUST supply them for the following schemes:
- All Mailing Schemes
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This file should contain all records as supplied (all suitable and unsuitable for mailing records).
- The Standard Selection Codes (SSC) for all items suitable for mailing must be the "final" codes. For example, if an item was successfully matched to a Direct Selection, but does not meet the minimum selection size, you must supply the Residue Selection code rather than the Direct Selection code.
- All items unsuitable for mailing should be allocated with a dummy selection code. For Example, for the Low Sort option "999" and for the High Sort option "99999"
- Please note that address label files which are preformatted for printing will not be suitable.
